Worksets: bioinformatic app catalog

SeqOne offers a range of bioinformatics applications called Worksets, each optimized to perform a specific type of genomic analysis. Our Worksets are based on the state-of-the-art open source components validated by the community. We rigorously benchmark each Workset and update them as new, more efficient pipeline components are developed. We believe that transparency in bioinformatics is essential so that you know what is happening to your data and can provide clear information to reviewers during your lab certification process. This is why we provide detailed documentation of all components and their configuration with each of our Worksets.

Here is a list of the Worksets available on SeqOne;

Germline Worksets

GermlineVar v1.1

Detection of germinal variants based on Whole-Exome-Sequencing (WES) or gene panel single data

GermlineFamily v1.0

Detection of hereditary variants based on Whole-Exome-Sequencing (WES) data involving mutliple family members (e.g. patient and his two biological parents).

CNV Capture V1

Detection of Copy Number Variation in gene panels in germline context

Germline WG Coming Soon

Germline pipeline designed specifically to meet the challenges of whole genome analysis

Somatic Worksets

SomaVar V 1.1

Detection of somatic variants based on Whole-Exome-Sequencing (WES) or gene panel single data

SomaDuo V 1.1

Detection of somatic variants based on Whole-Exome-Sequencing (WES) or gene panel Normal Tumor pair data

Soma CNV Capture V1

Detection of Copy Number Variation in gene panels in somatic contexts

Utilities

Indentify Coming Soon

Mislabeling or mix-ups of samples is one of the major risks in the genomic analysis process. The Identify module provides concrete measures to ensure each set of results is associated with the correct sample

Panel Calibrator V 1.0

Panel analyses depend on the accuracy of the probes. Panel Calibrator allows the position and coverage of each probe in a panel to be validated.
